Why work at our department?
When you work as a customer service agent at Mediafy, you will have various duty's and you get to meet a lot of different customers. You will learn about all our products and services, which will give you great insight in how the company is structured. 

You will be the natural contact point when your colleagues need support and you will be the person with the most insight in what the customer really thinks. These are great conditions for personal development!

You will have the possibility to in your own way make the customers feel safe and taken cared of.

Customer service agent is an important role in the company since we need someone to make the customers voice heard. One of Mediafy's key values is the word: Customer

What is the most fun?
We have amazing customers. They are all unique and challenge us in different ways. They teach us to always look at our products and services through the eyes of the customer and because of that always develop our business. 

What is a normal day like?
We answer the telephone and emails. The group support each other and we support our colleagues at the company, our businesspartners and our customers. 

We work hard and effectively. The communication in the group is fast and clear so that we can offer the best possible service to our customers and colleagues. We laugh a lot and we share experience and knowledge.

How we work at Mediafy

We develop our employees by giving them the opportunity to develop themselves through inspirational colleagues, freedom, trust and great challenges.

Career planning is not for us, since formalized development opportunities are rarely effective we don't aim for it.

Those who work at Mediafy will manage their own career, but of course they'll get help and support when needed.

    We want our employees to be able to balance job and private life, part of this is achieved with flexible working hours and we therefor only work 37.5 h / week instead of 40 h / week.

  • Kick off, AW, Christmas Party & Annual Group Trip

    Mediafy encourages social and joint activities. That's why we every year organize everything from kick-offs to AW's and an annual trip, where length and budget are controlled by last year's results.

  • Wellnes

    Work out! Feel good! Feel strong! Don't feel poor!
    We know gym memberships are expensive, we'll contribute as much as we are allowed to.

  • My Day

    Sometimes you just need a day, a day to move houses, visit a friend, stay in bed.. For whatever reason, once a year every employee can take out one "My Day".
